Order
Returns are not accepted for sale items or:
- Clothing items that do not fall within the Terms & Conditions as outlined within the Returns & Refunds Page
- Jewellery, hair clips or scrunchies, due to hygiene reasons.
- intimate body garments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
Yes, if your items are eligible for return you may return or exchange your item for a store credit, provided that it falls within the Terms & Conditions as outlined within the Returns & Refunds Page.
Your store credit is valid for 12 months and cannot be extended.
We cannot accept returns that have been worn or washed. All returns must be in original condition as per our Terms & Conditions outlined within the Returns & Refunds Page.
Please allow at least 1 week for your return to reach us, based on Australia Post shipping times. Once your return has been received and processed you will be notified via email.
We check all items before they are posted out so it is highly unlikely that a faulty item would be received however, if you believe that there is a fault, please report your concerns via email and include at least two photographic images of the damaged or defective product. Refer to our Returns & Refund page.
Your credit note will be the price that you paid for the item not the original full price.
We recommend you use an Australia post bag with tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Goods must be returned within 14 days. When your item is received you will be emailed a store credit note to use for you next purchase or a replacement size.

SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Your order will be delivered via Australia Post, whereby you can track your order easily. Once your order has been dispatched, you are unable to make any amendments or cancel an order.
Shipping cost will be added to your order at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options through Australia Post:
- Standard shipping $10 AUD 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping $15 AUD 1-2 Business days
- Orders over $100 are Free Standard Post 2-5 Business days
If you have not received your items within 10 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection, or Australia Post is having a hard time keeping up with the online shopping world.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post. In the event of peak periods, public holidays, natural weather events deliveries could take longer than expected, this is out of our control, please visit Australia Post for details.
Yes, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup being available from our store at Tweed City Shopping Centre (NSW). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at the checkout your order will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email message when your order is ready to be collected. Our in-store pick up hours are the same as the opening hours of the store. You can see them here. Queensland customers please check on the time difference during the daylight savings period.
At this stage we only ship to New Zealand for items purchased from our store. New Zealand don’t pay the Australian GST on your item(s) this will be updated at checkout to reflect this.
We use Australia Post to ship all products purchased from our website. Please allow at least 5-7 days for delivery. You may be subject to import taxes/duties in NZ.
Terms and Conditions

- Promotions will only be applicable to products specified in the offer.
- Discounts/promotions cannot be applied after an order has been processed.
